    1864/67: Rivadavia 10 c. green perf. 11½, the upper right half of a diagonally bisected adhesive, a fine used example on cover to Pipanaco, internally dated "July 7, 1869", tied by exceedingly rare oval "CORREOS / DE / ORAN" handstamp in black, an oily strike. Horizontal file fold well away from the adhesive, nevertheless an interesting usage of utmost rarity, only two covers from this office are described. Signed Holcombe Scott = $ 2'000.
