Hekker auction, Amsterdam, 1-2 June 1926, lot 120. As a blcok of nine AA-AC / CA-CC; Collection K.J. Mulder, Harmers, London, 19-21 June 1939, lot 380.  Sadly, the block of nine is believed to have been split in 2012.
