Treasury Roulette 1841: 1 d. red-brown on blued, Alphabet II, plate 152, lettered OB, a used example showing the "Treasury Roulette" on three sides and scissor cut at base, in combination with imperforate 1841 1 d. red-brown, plate 164, lettered DC,minor imperfection, on 1852 double rate cover to Chichester (initialled "JAS" by sender John Abel Smith, the MP for Chichester) tied by '466' numeral obliterators of Liverpool in black.
