    1840: 2 d. blue, plate 2, lettered DB, a used example with good to large margins all round, on 1841 cover within London to the Tower tied black Maltese Cross in black. Found to be overweight and struck with circular "MORE / TO / PAY" handstamp in black. "T.P. / Pall Mall" despatch in black at left with manuscript charge "4d.". Scarce and fine cover. Signed Goebel.
