    1841: 1 d. red-brown on blued, Black plate 9, lettered TK, a used example, close to good margins and sheet marginal at base "(ca)reful not to rem(ove)" tied to 1842 cover from the Harvey & Co correspondence used locally in HAYLE by Maltese Cross in black. Double arc "HAYLE" ds (Feb 16) alongside of arrival in black. A fine and rare cover just a few weeks after HAYLE changed from the late use red Maltese Cross to black ink. Certificate RPSL (2009).
