    Pondichery 1817 (June 1): Entire letter ex the De Havilland correspondence from Pondichery to Madras, with reverse showing undeer-inked "POST PAID / PONDICHERRY" in brown (H.Giles fig. 3) and oval Madras arrival "GPO / JU 4 / 1817" in black (H.Giles MX1). A scarce early entire.
