    Engraved by T.S. Harrison 1913 (Dec 9): Engraved 1 d. rose-red, no wmk. perf. 11, a used block of six on registered cover to Windsor, Victoria, correctly franked for this service tied by "Registered / Sydney NSW" datestamps "9 DE 13" on the First Day of Issue. Stamps close to the edge at right, but only 11 First day Covers are recorded at the present time. Collectors were only allowed to purchase 6d. worth of stamps each on the first day - thus this cover bears the highest possible franking - the sole recorded registered FDC.
