    British New Guinea 1899: Sideface 1 d. scarlet-vermilion and 2 d. blue pair used on 1899 registered cover to Brisbane all tied by "B.N.G." barred obliterators in black with "REGISTERED / PORT MORESBY. NG" handstamp at left and "PORT MORESBY / BRITISH NEW GUINEA" cds below (Dec 2).
