    1897: Diamond Jubilee & Hospital Charity 1 d. (1 s.) green & brown, used on 1906 registered cover to Boston, USA up-rated with 1905 Arms ½ d. blue-green, 1 d. carmine (2) and 2 d. ultramarine all tied by oval "R" handstamps in black; correctly rated at 2½d. + 3d registration. Reverse with Sydney cds (July 25), Seattle (Aug 31) transit and Boston arrival. A rare cover.
