Sent locally in "KÖBENHAVN 13.10.31" franked with 50 öre Christian X grey for the local transportation to KGH. 70 öre violet and 1 kr. yellow, Thiele printings for transportation to Julianehaab. Cancelled with violet oval cachet with crown "GRÖNLANDS STYRELSE" (GF 21.03). Adressee's name reconstructed, otherwise fine and rare.
