    1878 (Sept 26): 10 s. greenish-grey on white paper, wmk. Maltese Cross, plate 1, lettered EC-EE, a used horizontal strip of three, cancelled by unclear but possibly "Manchester / Market" datestamps (18 October 1882) in black. Small imperfections including first stamp with horizontal crease at top not detracting from the appearance of an extremely rare multiple - one of just two used strips of three recorded in the Karl Louis card Index.
