    Incoming Mail 1902/10: Great Britain 1 d. red used on postcard (HMS Hyacinth) from London to Nepal with message in English from General Kaiser Shamser who had accompanied the Maharajah Chandra Shamser on his visit to England (only the second Nepalese to visit Britain), the message reading "Col. Shamser thanks you for his letters. H.H. (His Highness) has received the high title of D.C.L. (Doctor of Civil Law) from Oxford University...". NEPAL arrival cds (July 18) alongside. A most unusual card.
