    1898/99: Recut 1 a. blue, imperforate, blurred impression, two single examples on reverse and a vertical strip of five on obverse of 1907 registered / AR cover cover tied by small hexagonal barred SIRAHA handstamps (Hepper page 11, fig. 6), in black with partial half negative despatch datestamp (May 20) and Kathmandu arrival on reverse.
