    1898/99: 1 a. blue, imperforate, blurred impression, a single example (marginal), a vertical strip of three and a further vertical strip of three (on reverse) used on 1905/07 registered / AR cover tied by KATHMANDU IV handstamps (Hepper page 7, fig. 4) in black. Circular datestamp on reverse (Jan 13) with unclear year date but a remarkable and attractive franking.
