    Indian Post Office 1856/64: 4 a. black, a used example on 1862 cover from Kathmandu to London endorsed "via Southampton" tied by "B / 137" obliterator in black with reverse showing rare framed "TOO LATE" applied on despatch and "NEPAUL *  P.O." despatch cds (Nov 26).
