    Cyprus Ottoman period 1828 (Dec 6): Entire letter from Cyprus to Firenze with "D'OLTRE MARE / LIVORNO" struck on the front, reverse with partial San Rocco Lazzaretto handstamp (Meyer page 189). Entire with some staining due to the disinfection, some insect bite on reverse, nevertheless an interesting and scarce item.rnProvenance: Spink, London, Dec 2008, lot 650.
