    1850 (July 23): Entire letter written from Geelong to Melbourne endorsed "Paid 2" in manuscript, struck with framed "PAID / UPPER GLENELG" handstamp in black. Reverse with oval "UPPER GLENELG" despatch and oval "MELBOURNE / ♚  / PORT PHILLIP" arrival (Aug 8) in black. Slight stains but scarce.
