    1854 (Nov 1): Cover from Lima to Palpa struck with Lima despatch cds and framed italic "VAPOR", originally rate "3" with handstamp, this erroneous and annulled by circular blue 12 mm. target handstamp in same ink (Colareta 19x), with rate mark "2" applied.
