    1854: Cover from Lima to Palpa with "LIMA" despatch cds (Sept 14) in blue, originally struck in error with framed VAPOR in blue - this annulled with 12 mm. circular handstamps (also in blue) and replaced by oval "LIMA / 2½" marking also in blue (Colareta 39v+24p+19v+19x).
