    Santiago Post Office Printing 1866: 5 c. rose-red, a vertical strip of four of fine colour witrh just shaved to large margins all round, used on 1866 cover to Serena tied by individual strikes of "Cancelled" obliterator in black. "Valparaiso" despatch cds (Sept  13) in red below. File fold away from the adhesives, a most attractive usage.
