    Printing by the Chilean Post Office in Santiago 1856/61: 10 c. dark blue, the lower left half of a diagonally bisected adhesive with good margins (touched at left), used on April 19, 1861 entire letter to Santiago, tied by neat target handstamps with indistinct despatch cds in red alongside. An appealing triple rate entire.
