    1861 (July 14): Entire letter from Rostov on Don to St. Petersburg, bearing 1858 (Sept) 10 kop. brown & blue  and 20 kop. blue & orange, both perf. 14½, two fine and fresh examples, each cancelled by neat dotted rectangular '119' numeral of the Rostov post office. Reverse with ornamental "ROSTOVSKAYA KR." despatch and "S. PETERBURG" arrival (July 22) cds's. Cover with some wrinkles, a most interesting combination to pay the third weight rate.
