Italian Post in Tripoli de Barberia, Levante Emissioni generali 1878 (April 20): Lettersheet from Tripoli di Barberia to Genova, bearing 1874 Torino-like printing with ESTERO ovpt 30 c. brown, a fine and fresh single adhesive, tied by mute 'Annulo a rombi' obliterator in black, "TRIPOLI DI BARBERIA POSTE ITALne" despatch cds and "P.D." alongside. Reverse with Siracusa transit and arrival cds (April 27). File folds well away from the franking and minor toning, nevertheless an attractive cover from a rare office, signed E.
