1863: 3 s. green on obverse and 5 s. rosa on reverse of registered local cover, both perf. 14, both adhesives with normal perforation and centering, well embossed, the 3 soldi - adhesive tied by RACCOMANDATA handstamp, the 5 soldi - adhesive tied by clear "OSTIGLIA 11 / 5" cds. Large-sized local cover strongly refolded, nevertheless a rare combination to correctly pay the 3+5 soldi rate for a local registered letter.
