    1853 (July 26): Entire letter from St. Vincent to Madeira endorsed 'per RMS' at base, prepaid '1/-' in manuscript and struck with superb "♚ / PAID / AT / ST. VINCENT" in red. Reverse with superb strike of double arc ST. VINCENT cds in black. London 'Paid' transit in red (Aug 18) and charged with fair '160' reis due marking in black.
