Moens, Bruxelles 1869. 65 pages (first three pages loose), leather hardbound with raised spine, gold stamped spine and front. The first book dealing with Romanian philately, a very early monograph from the publishing house of Moens of utmost rarity, not in the philatelic literature collections of Garratt-Adams & Hackmey.
