    1856 (Sept. 24): Austria 1854  3 kr. red horizontal pair and 9 blue, fine four margins examples, tied by two clear stirkes of  'K.K.OSTER.F.P. KRAJOVA 24/9' circular date stamp in black of Austrian Military P.O. in Romania to outer lettersheet to Vienna, Austria. One of only nine covers known with this first issue franking. Fine and scarce Muller 375 pts.
