    Ville D'Orléans (Ballon Monté #33) 1870: 'Mandal Mail'. Complete Gazette des Absents No. 10 from beseiged Paris to Arras, the (20 centime) adhesive floated off due to immersion in sea water, with 'Paris / Ministere des Finances' despatch cds (Nov 23 / levée 7). Reverse with Arras arrival cds (Dec 27) in black. Some light aging due to the immersion in sea water but scarce. Cert. Roumet (2013).
