    1862: Lecoq 1 d. pink, two overlapping strips of three used on delightful 1867 registered cover to Lima tied by floral handstamps to denote registration (6) and dotted "HUANCCA" handstamps, "Huancavelica" cds at right (Feb 12) and framed "CERTIFICACION" all struck in blue. Lima arrival cds (Feb 20) in black on reverse and receipted on arrival. A superbly attractive and very rare cover.
