    1863: 1 p. brown and 1862 1 d. pink, used on 1864 cover from Lima to Chiclayo carried at triple rate, each cancelled by "Lima" cds (Sept 12) in black. The reverse indicates the letter was originally intended to be registered from the 'Pral de Consular' to Chiclayo, with long manuscript notation of sender. Some creasing away from the adhesives, a very scarce franking.
