    Express issue 4th State 1880: 9 d. orange-brown, rough perf. 12 (11.8), an unused complete sheet of ten subjects (5 x 2), with large margins all round and of fine fresh colour, note position 1 with PENCF error, position 8 with dot on centre of "C" of PENCE, some truivial aging in top margin, fine large part og.
