    1915 (Dec): 2 s. brown, Die II, type a, used on 1916 registered Official cover to New York and tied by RABAUL circular datestamps (June 10 and June 27) in black. German type registration label at left and two line "Passed by Censor / RABAUL" in violet below. Reverse with Sydney transit (July 20) and New York arrivals (Aug 28).
