J No 2" datestamp (June 30) in black (Salles fig. 1072). Underpaid 20 c. and struck with framed 'AFFRANCHISEMENT / INSUFFISANT' in red and taxed '4' décimes due in manuscript (double the deficiency) on arrival (July 30).
