1886: Stampless cover with italic "Consulat de France / à St. Sebastien" cachet mailed to Bordeaux with two "San Sebastian" despatch cds's on obverse (Oct 5) with large "T" marking at top, annotated "4 ports" in manuscript. Taxed on arrival at double the deficiency with rare usage of 1881 1 fr. brown 'Van Dyck' horizontal marginal pair (Maury T25) tied by Bordeaux cds (Oct 5) in black.
