1890: Cover from St. Pierre, Martinique (cachet on reverse) to Bordeaux with un-cancelled Colonies 25 c. black on rose, mailed from Barbados where adhesive unaccepted and heart shaped "T" mark applied with Barbados duplex (July 8). On arrival charged at double the deficiency with 1881/92 10 c. black and single 30 c. black (Maury T15+T18) tied by Bordeaux cds's (July 22).
