    1863/73: Laureated 6 d. blue, perf. 13, used on 1866 underpaid cover to Dunkirk, France tied by Melbourne duplex (March 24) in black. Struck with framed "INSUFFICIENTLY / PREPAID" in red and fine framed "GB / 1F 62 4/10 c." accountancy marking in red. Circular "POSS. ANG. V. SUEZ / MARSEILLE" in red (May 11) and arrivals on reverse; charged with handstruck '20' décimes due for double rate.
