    Adhesives of the Papal States used in the Romagna, 1858: 4 baj. light yellow, the lower right half of a diagonally bisected example, fine and fresh, tied by mute grill obliterator to reverse of double rate entire letter directed to Porretta, "BOLOGNA 19 LUG. 59" despatch cds on obverse. Unfolded for presentation purposes, an attractive item showing the 2 baj. rate for a double rate cover within the same district. Cert. E. Diena (1995) Sassone = € 13'000.
