    1876: Local Entire letter within Rouen, bearing rare Sage 10 c. green type II and 2 c. green type II in a mixed franking with Cérès 1872 1 c. green olive, four fine and fresh adhesives, tied by "ROUEN - St. SEVER (SEINE INFre) 19 FEVR. 77" cds, reverse with arrival cds of the next day. An interesting and rare combination to pay the 15 centimes local rate within the same postal district. Entire with two file folds well away from the franking, some toning nevertheless an unusual combination of same colour but different face values. Signed Lamy.
