    1872: Double rate wrapper from Toulouse to Bologna, bearing a Cérès 1 c. green olive (2) and 5 c. green yellow on bluish (2), four fine and fresh adhesives, tied by "TOULOUSE (30) 20 JUIN 75" despatch cds with framed PD in red alongside. Reverse with "BOLOGNA 25 GIU 75" arrival cds and distribution handstamp. Opened roughly on reverse, nevertheless an appealing franking to pay the double printed matter rate to Italy. Cert. E.
