    Syria: Austrian Lloyd Agency in Aleppo 1856 (Aug 30): Entire letter written in Alexandretta and sent to Aleppo, struck on front at arrival with clear impression of oval framed "AGENZIA DEL LLOYD AUSTRIACO / ALEPPO" in black (Tranmer fig. 2) in blue.
