Incoming Mail 1847 (Dec 30): Prepaid entire letter from Paris via London to Caracas, with reverse showing oval Forwarding Agent PAR ENTREMISE / Havre le 30 Decebre. / DE LARUE & PALMER cachet in blue with 'Bureau Maritime / Havre' cds in red; 'London / Paid' transit (Dec 31) and straight line SHIP-LETTER in red. On arrival struck with circular GUAYRA / FRANCA handstamp in red and "1" real due mark in black for journey to Caracas.
