    1886/95: 10 c. slate, a horizontal strip of four used on 1888 registered cover to Lima, one stamp slightly off the edge of envelope, all tied HUANCVCA datestamps (Sept 29) and by two strikes of floral handstamp surrounding the cover to denote registration. Oval framed CERTIFICACION at top and reverse with two further strikes on flap and Lima arrival. Receipted in manuscript alongside. The cover with vertical file fold and opened for exhibit display. Scarce and attractive.
