Jesus Jimenez (Zamora), President of the Republic of Costa Rica in San José, tied by oval framed CARTAGO handstamp in black. A fine and very scarce cover.rnNote: Jesús Jiménez Zamora served as President of Costa Rica from May 1863 until May 1866, and a second term from 1 Nov 1868 until April 1870.
