(Servicio Publico) in manuscript mailed from Villa Risonha to Ouro Preto with superb strike of oval framed VILLA RISONHA handstamp in brown (Meyer P-MG-53), with date of sending in manuscript imitating the circular datestamps issued to major Post Offices. Exceptional and very scarce.
