    1882: 25 st. blue and pale blue paying the single foreign letter rate to Germany, tied by blue star handstamp. A strike of the bilingual Lovtcha as well as a transit mark Roustchouk on reverse. The sender is the leader of a Military band temporarily in the Field near Lovtcha. Such military mail, particularly to a foreign destination, is rare. Opinion Todd (2014).
