    1884/87: Official 2 c. olive-brown, a single example used on 1893 illustrated "Secretaria Hacienda" envelope to Snowden, Colorado, USA tied by "Mexico DF" cds in black. Oval framed "Ministero de Hacienda / Mexico / Secretaria Particular" cachet (Feb 24) on reverse in blue with El Paso transit. Small closed tear to left of envelope bit a scarce issue on letter.
