    1868: Tampico District 25 c. blue & pink (39-71), imperforate, a clear to large margined example used on 1871 cover from Tampico to Vera Cruz tied by oval framed "FRANCO EN / TAMPICO" handstamp in black. Transferred to British P.O. with superb "TAMPICO" double arc cds (Sept 27) and prepaid with Great Britain 1865/67 4 d. vermilion pl. 12 tied by bold "C63" obliterator above. An extremely rare combination cover with the 1868 issue. Signed Calves, Todd. Cert. Mepsi (2009).
