    1875: ½ r. blue-green, a single example used in lieu of fiscal stamp on revenue stamped paper (Papel Sellado), uncancelled and applied at upper left where the papel sellado price would normally be found with manuscript notation of payment below dated "Flores, Feb 29, 1878" with the letter dated at Flores on the previous day, handstamped GEFATURA POLICIA / DEL DEPART. / DEL PETEN in oval at base in black.
