    Otavalo 1848/65c.: Group of covers / large part covers (11), with front showing fine pearled oval "REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA / OTAVALO / FRANCA" in red (Harris fig. 3), 1847 entire with "OTAVALO / FRANCA" in red ex Harris collection (fig. 5) and three further covers with same handstamp, cover with poor strike of same but "DEBE" (Harris fig. 6) in red and cover with fine strike in black, and covers (3) from 1846/48 with fine strikes of part framed "OTAVALO" in red (Harris fig. 7). A scarce group.
