    Tulcan 1840/85c.: Group of covers / large part covers (8) with 1841 prepaid cover to Quito with "TULCAN / FRANCA" in red ex Harris collection (Harris fig. 1 = 6 pts.) and further four covers with same handstamp, 1859 cover with "TULCAN / DEBE" in black ex Harris collection (Harris fig. 2) and illustrated on page 87 of the handbook together with two stampless items with oval framed "TULCAN / DE OFICIO" handstamps in black (Harris fig. 3).
